Important: Measles Alert

Following a recent outbreak of measles in London, we strongly advise all parents and carers to ensure that children are fully immunised with the MMR vaccine.

Measles is a highly infectious illness and can be serious, particularly for babies, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems. Complications can include ear infections, pneumonia, seizures and, in rare cases, brain inflammation (encephalitis).

Please check your child’s Red Book to confirm they have received both doses of the MMR vaccine. If you are unsure about your child’s vaccination status, please contact the practice and we will be happy to check your records.

If you believe you or your child may have symptoms of measles please do NOT attend the practice in person.
Instead, please telephone the surgery or submit an online consultation so we can advise you safely.

Online Services – Faster, Easier Access to Your GP Practice

We’re introducing Bookable Navigator, a new online service designed to make it quicker and easier to request help from your GP practice and access the right care.

What is Bookable Navigator?

Bookable Navigator is our new online form and provides a quick and easy way to request an appointment or support from the practice. There is no need to register, and you can use the form straight away.

When you submit a request, you’ll be asked a series of simple questions. Your answers help the practice team understand what you need, assess the urgency of your request and direct you to the most appropriate clinician or service.

The system uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help organise the information you provide and suggest an urgency level for the practice team to review. AI does not make clinical decisions or decide your care. Every request is reviewed and actioned by a member of the practice team.

Depending on your needs, you may be offered:

  • A face-to-face appointment
  • A telephone appointment
  • A video consultation
  • Advice by text message or telephone
  • Signposting to another appropriate health care service

If you’re unable to use the online service, our reception team can help you complete your request.
